Damages

Immediately inspect your product(s) for damages upon receipt to ensure your order is complete and in expected condition. Contact us immediately if something is damaged or missing so we can send a replacement right away!

Returns

Products may be returned in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for full credit less shipping. Customers will be charged for missing or damaged items so please use caution when packaging the items for return.

Exchanges

We will ship a replacement immediately but may require a CC authorization that will be canceled once the faulty product is returned in the appropriate condition. Please call us directly by phone or email for a return authorization number.

Warranty
